designed to inspire and engage students with moderate to severe learning disabilities
What we offer
We offer specialist music education in a variety of formats to suit specific needs:
- Weekly Music Lessons: Delivered in Special Schools across Northern Ireland, including Parkview, Beechlawn, Ceara, Tor Bank and Riverside Special Schools, as well as the Special Education Unit in Dunclug Primary School.
- 1:1 Music Lessons: Personalised lessons that tap into each student's musical interests and abilities, fostering communication and self-expression.
- Group Workshops: Collaborative musical experiences that encourage social interaction and teamwork.
- Summer Schemes: Engaging programmes during school holidays at schools such as Hill Croft, Clifton, Sperrinview, and St. Gerard's.
- Relaxed Concerts: In partnership with Belfast Music Society, we offer informal classical music concerts designed for audiences with additional needs, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Music & Wellbeing Sessions: Incorporating music into healthcare and social care settings to promote emotional wellbeing, in collaboration with the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust and Middletown Centre for Autism.
